Translations are a bit of a soar point atm. Gitlab doesn't have a
translation service where launchpad does. We are still sort of
setup to do translation through launchpad, though it requires
additional manual steps to get it back into gitlab.

Translations can be uploaded to
https://translations.launchpad.net/apparmor

and we can then download them and sync them to apparmor.

Alternatively, you should be able to submit your translations
via a gitlab merge request or send a patch to the ml.

We can then sync that. Unfortunately it looks like lp isn't
currently automatically syncing from gitlab, we will have
to look into it.
