Yes, this was my intention; primarily because 1. it'll be easier to
maintain this way than as a delta against upstream AppArmor releases;
2. I'll focus on this package, and as discussed with Kees after the
Wheezy release, let him take care of the userspace tools in the
apparmor package; and 3. I expect I will have to update and upload
apparmor-profiles-extra quite more often, and on shorter notice, than
how the apparmor package is.

I'm glad that, as a side effect, it will also be nicer to Debian
derivatives who already maintain AppArmor profiles (that I'm gonna
shamelessly steal) as a delta against various Debian packages, most
notably Ubuntu.
