[apparmor] A sample profile for Inkscape

Hello,

I have been studying apparmor for my GSoC project (on profile
management tools for apparmor) and as a part of it, I have created a
sample profile for Inkscape. Inkscape is a popular vector graphic
editor, used across the platforms.

I hope to get some feedback on the profile, so I'd be able to get a
better understanding on making better profiles which will contribute
towards developing the tools for apparmor.
