[apparmor] handling XDG user directories

Hi,

It is a very good idea, really! For now, if I remember correctly,
installing *ubuntu 12.04 and trying to enforce a default Firefox
profile, which contains:

owner @{HOME}/ r,
owner @{HOME}/Public/ r,
owner @{HOME}/Public/* r,
owner @{HOME}/Download/ r,
owner @{HOME}/Download/* rw,

there is a opportunity, that profile did not work, because if user
is e.g. a Greek, already mentioned folders names are in a greek
language, right (which was set during system installation etc.?)
So user must manually change directories names? I'm asking,
because as we know by default only english language is in use
(for now).

Sorry, that I got into a discussion, but I just found this thread about
XDG and read it, because I remember that I always was wondering whether I
need/should change the name of directories in a default Firefox profile: I
mean english to another. I was curious if default profile will work okay,
if user is a non-english person and directories names are in english.

If I remember correctly, there were some bugs about it: #1061693
and maybe #1065538 (which is a duplicate). Of course, I've mentioned only
one example - Firefox. Sorry one more time. It will be very nice
to solve this "problem".

Good luck! Thanks. Best regards.
