[2016-Goal#1] A NEW Server for Ubuntu GNOME

Hi,

I can provide a proper virtual machine on my dedicated server for the
project. That box will stay up no matter what as I am dependant on it as
well :)

But indeed, first seek some help. If L/X/Kubuntu have rather proper
websites, we should be able to get this running as well. Maybe ask for
some expertise on the other projects teams?

Greets,
Jasper
