[2016-Goal#1] A NEW Server for Ubuntu GNOME

I agree with Jasper that first step is to reach same hosting facilities
as other projects in Canonical hosting (as Lubuntu/Xubuntu/Kubuntu do).
If this really fails, next getting some of our 2 free-cost flexible
offers (Jasper and mine).
