[xubuntu-users] Language Support (BUG?)

Just to follow up. I found the settings here:
$HOME/.config/user-dirs.dirs
$HOME/.config/user-dirs.locale
In my case I had another user on the system so I just copied the two
files from that user to the .config/ directory of the user that had
the changed language settings. (This still doesn't get rid of
shortcuts, but at least everything seems to map correctly now).
