[xubuntu-users] Xubuntu 24.04.1: Firefox fails to start

To get around those I use something called "appimagelauncher", there's deb
files for it on their GitHub page, and an older ppa.

Appimagelauncher integrates appinages rather nicely. I'd imagine it could
be set as default if it sets it as a web browser for the app type (should
be easy enough to set it as once in the .desktop file appimagelauncher
creates)
