are these the files you are looking for?

chris at D509BA:~$ locate kcm_trash
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt5/plugins/kcm_trash.so
/usr/share/applications/kcm_trash.desktop

what command did you issue to get that error message?
