[xubuntu-users] Finding information about xubuntu 22.10 release - how?

The Xubuntu 22.10 Beta release notes can be found here:

You can view the ISO manifest file on the daily build site:

It's also tracked daily here:

It looks like the current dnsmasq version on the daily ISO is 
2.86-1.1ubuntu1. It seems like it may be shipping a patch to resolve the 
issue you describe:
