[xubuntu-users] Webcam w/Cheese problems

Xubuntu friends, Well, now it's the webcam. It worked in 20.04 and in
21.10. Now I am vertically striated and in black and white. Not sure which
part of this app is causing the problem. Not a hardware issue as tests on
Debian 11 show camera working. Kernel is of course different: 5.15 in
Xubuntu 22.04 and 5.10 in Debian 11.
I will limp along till this is resolved or I find a solution.
