[xubuntu-users] Fwd: Time in Ubuntu

Thanks for the idea Ted.  I did some more research and found the 
Etc/GMT? time zones that don't have daylight savings.  They are funky 
though in that Etc/GMT+5 is for GMT-5 zone.  But they should work unless 
Congress changes us to 30 minute zone :-).
