[xubuntu-users] How to set Shorewall for start automatically at boot?

Hi,

I have installed shorewall Version: 5.1.12.2-1 on my Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS.

How to set it up to get it running automatically on boot?

I added it to the defaults like this:
sudo update-rc.d shorewall defaults

I enabled it's startup in /etc/shorewall/shorewall.conf like this:
STARTUP_ENABLED=Yes

But it does not start automatically at boot. Why?
