Good afternoon
In google's view, virtually any app that anybody else developed is less
secure. I thought tbird had achieved 'secure' status as I can log in
using 2 factor authentication in tbird, but need specially produced (by
google) passwords to log in via other email clients.
By the bye, where did you see the reference to 'less secure'? I can't
see it in the OP.
I'm also wondering if the OP is receiving mail - oh yea, web mail, of
course.
