[xubuntu-users] Problem dialog on every start?

That won't fix it. I've the very same problem and have to admit I
never bothered to investigate it. It started already with version
16.04; I do every update and am now on 18.04. Clicking the dialogue
away is now part of my daily start-up routine ;o)
