[xubuntu-users] problem upgrading from 18.04 lts to 20.04 lts

another item-clicked on the ethernet connects icon on the panel, then 
the 'wired
connection 1', a window popped up saying 'connection established', then 
it went out and another window popped up in about 5 seconds saying 
'disconnected-you are not off line.'
