[xubuntu-users] Firefox crashing

Firefox has switched to memory per tab, so the more tabs you have
running can use up your available memory (like Chromium).

When I had 2 MB of ram, running any browser and e-mail and Libreoffice
was leading to swap being tapped. I had to be careful with keeping the
tabs in FireFox to a small number.

For figuring out the problem:

Check under Help | Troubleshooting Information and then click on about
memory and about plugins. About performance should also be clicked on.

Look for an out of control process to track down the source of the problem.

On the initial troubleshooting screen, look to see what FireFox is
saying about your graphics and plugins.
