[xubuntu-users] Pinta Paint Program and need animation program

Does anyone use Pinta Paint?
When I try to make a tag using transparent background, after I save it, 
the background is black.
No problem is making a tag with white background.

Also, is there a animation program I can get. I have Jasc Animation Shop 
program on a disc but can not use on XUbuntu.
