[xubuntu-users] Livepatch on xubuntu

I keep seeing an admonition to use this when the Software Updater runs, but
there is no such option in the Software & Updates app.

The help articles I saw in Google results showed the ubuntu settings, which
are the samee as Xubuntu's except Xubuntu does not show the Livepatch
subpanel.

Is this actually available for Xubuntu (and how)?  Is it advisable?
