[xubuntu-users] 19.04 trouble with waking the screen

Hello again all!

I've noticed in 19.04 that whenever I lock my screen and it powers down, 
the only way I can get my display back is to switch to a virtual console 
and then back to the graphical environment. Like before, is this a known 
issue, and is there something I can do to help diagnose or fix it?
