Thank you. So my only option is to find an old "download" of Viber that used to run on 32 bits / was compatible with 32 bits?

Also, Wine is also limited to the instruction sets you CPU supports. It can't magically make your CPU support 64 bit instructions if it's a 32 bit CPU. No software can overcome that hardware limitation.

not 'any', though. Many.
They have data on compatibility.
