Hi,

I'm using Xubuntu 16.04.3 LTS, and since a week ago or so, the theming of
my desktop seems to be slightly broken. The drop-down menu is not showing
the proper texture and displaying just a white background no matter which
theme switch to. I guess there's something wrong with certain configuration
file on the system, but I'm not sure which one. I tried "apt install
--reinstall xubuntu-desktop" but it didn't fix anything, and I'm completely
clueless right now.

The theme I'm using right now is the stock Greybird. Please have a look at
the image for more information.

The picture you attached to the email only shows panel configuration.
Didn't see anything the represents an issue.

Can you take a picture of the dropdown menu with the default them? Also
take pictures of your desktop with different themes so we can make
comparisons.
