[xubuntu-users] WIndow Manager misbehaving re keyboard shortcuts in 14.04.4

I have set my windows shortcut keys for
<ctl><shift><alt><number-pad-1-through-6> to move a window to the
corresponding of 6 workspaces, and <ctl><alt><n-p-1-thru-6> to move to
that workspace.

When I first set these up, they worked fine.  Now theyare not behaving
properly at all.  The <ctl><shift> versions, which are supposed to
move a window to another workspace, they usually just shift to that
workspace, and the <ctl><atl> versions sometimes move to the workspace
and sometimes move the window to that workspace, and then I can['t
reverse it.

What's up with this?
