[16.04 64Bit]-Random Operating System Crashes?

Hi,

Running Xubuntu 16.04 L.T.S. 64Bit fully updated.
I have a problem with random fatal Operating System crashes(freezes)?
The whole Xubuntu system freezes and I have to hard-reset(15-45 minutes 
after booting)?
What can I do to troubleshoot this and submit a bug to the tracker?

Running the 16.04 on the following thin client motherboard:
http://www.asrock.com/mb/intel/q1900-itx
with 2GHz Intel Celeron 4-core CPU, Intel HD 7th gen GPU, 8GB RAM, 500GB 
HDD & 60 watt power supply.

I ran Microsoft Windows 10 Pro 64Bit for about 4 days non-stop with no 
crashes.
I erased Win 10 and installed Xubuntu 16.04 L.T.S. 64Bit and have the 
crash issues now?
