[xubuntu-users] Session management

I've been trying to figure this out, but I've got no idea where to
start, and the docs aren't done on this subject.

I want several urxvt's to launch when the session starts, but under
Session and Startup -> Session they just don't seem to register. Is
this a limitation of urxvt, and is there a way to work around it?
