[xubuntu-users] Switching keyboard layouts

Hi,
I am trying to setup Xubuntu to use both Dvorak and regular Qwerty layouts
and switch between them using a keyboard shortcut.  Is this possible on
Xubuntu?  If so, how do I configure the keyboard layout?
