[xubuntu-users] Change How a File Deletes

Hi,
 
Using Xubuntu 14.04.  When I right click a file and select delete it
permanently deletes the file. I want it to go into the trash and not be
permanently deleted. If I press shift and delete - then yes permanently
delete it, but just delete should put it into the trash bin.

How to change this to what I want?
