Now that the chromium browser uses Aura/Ash, I feel that some of the code 

in shimmer-theme's /usr/share/themes/Greybird/gtk-2.0/apps/chromium.rc may no 

longer be useful.

I notice that changes to
ChromeGtkFrame::scrollbar-trough-color = @base_color
ChromeGtkFrame::scrollbar-slider-prelight-color = shade(0.92, @bg_color)
ChromeGtkFrame::scrollbar-slider-normal-color = @bg_color
do nothing now.
