[xubuntu-users] Open Whisker Menu

This is not an xfce bug, its an Xorg bug and has been around for ages, xorg
makes keybinds launch at strike, not at release, if you make it a single
key, like the "super" key, it will be executed before any other key
combination. See https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=865 reported
since 2004
