fix-broken doesn't help, since the OP got '404 Not Found' and when
visiting http://ca.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/g/gtkmm2.4/ with
a browser, e.g. Firefox, then pushing Ctrl + F to search for the file
the OP's apt tried to install
'libgtkmm-2.4-1c2a_2.24.2-1ubuntu2_amd64.deb', you need to shorten the
search term to 'libgtkmm-2.4-1c2a_2.24.2-1ubuntu' before something can
be found. This indicates that the OP most likely needs to 'update'
(resynchronize the package index). Running 'upgrade' and or
'dist-upgrade' is smart too, before trying to install a package.
