[xubuntu-users] [14.04 64Bit]-Can't Turn Off Monitor Power Management?

Hi,

I am running Xubuntu 14.04 L.T.S. 64Bit fully updated.
I am having trouble with monitor power management.
I do not want my L.C.D. monitor to turn off but it still does?
I have turned off all monitor power management in system settings.

I remember that this is a problem with Xubuntu 14.04 but can't find a 
solution.
Is there some way to fix the above problem?
