Borrow a Logitech M310 wireless USB mouse from a friend, plug it in, and
see if it works. If so, just buy yourself a Logitech M310 mouse. They're
durable, fast (limiting the need to crank up your accelleration),
ubiquitous, and you can get them for $25.00, sometimes for $18.00. If
your friend's Logitech M310 works for you, buy one for yourself and
sell the PS/2 mouse at a garage sale for a buck.
