Maybe the site requires reverse DNS and perhaps your ISP isn't providing this.

Yeah, I'm sure a new install would clear it up. But I'm not willing to
do that at this point. I'm in the middle of a project and don't have the
time to mess with a full new install. I'd just like to get this actually
resolved. There has to be a reason why this is happening on this box.
