In the gtkrc file of the theme, look for the class named "GtkRange"
with the "slider_width" property. Change it to the value you want,
save, and restart Thunderbird.


I'm not sure how to override it with ~/.gtkrc-2.0 though, but it's
usually better to edit ~/.gtkrc.mine instead. The former is
automatically rewritten (losing the changes) and should have an include
line pointing to the latter.
