[xubuntu-users] editing the menu

Hello list,

I have a question about editing the menu. When I right clik on the menu
and go to properties and then press edit menu. I go to accessories and
check the box for keyboard so it shows up in the accessories menu. But
when I close out of editing the menu keyboard doesn't show up under
accessories. Does anyone know why this is? I'm also having the same
problem with network-connections showing up under the menu. Thanks for
your time and help and it is appreciated.
