I have done some research on the keyboard shortcuts now. I have now 
worked out that 'Super' means one of the windows keys, eg between Ctrl 
and Alt. 'Primary' means the control key. Alt of course is alt.

I have now found out that Super-r brings up the window I was looking 
for. I could change it to Alt-F3 but why bother? I now know that it is 
available, just on a different short cut.
