After a bit of research; I found this: http://goo.gl/DCaeP. Notice
"LC_TIME". This will allow you to change only the date/time rather
than changing things like the keyboard and measurement as well. So,
instead of "export LANG=<def file>", you'd use "export LC_TIME=<def
file>" But I advise you to keep your environment variables as
"en_GB.UTF-8" anyway.

As I understand it: Orage determines the first day of the week from
the locale definition file. If you're using en_GB; it should be set as
Monday. If not, you'll have to edit and recompile the locale
definition file like I said on "Vol. 57 Issue 15". So "first_weekday"
and "first_workday" should be set as "2". You could also leave those
variables to "1" and change the entire day lineup so that is looks
like the below (such that Monday is first).

day "<U004D><U006F><U006E><U0064><U0061><U0079>";/
     "<U0054><U0075><U0065><U0073><U0064><U0061><U0079>";/
     "<U0057><U0065><U0064><U006E><U0065><U0073><U0064><U0061><U0079>";/
     "<U0054><U0068><U0075><U0072><U0073><U0064><U0061><U0079>";/
     "<U0046><U0072><U0069><U0064><U0061><U0079>";/
     "<U0053><U0061><U0074><U0075><U0072><U0064><U0061><U0079>";/
     "<U0053><U0075><U006E><U0064><U0061><U0079>"

man locale: http://linux.die.net/man/5/locale
man locale: http://www.tin.org/bin/man.cgi?section=1&topic=locale
man localedef: http://linux.die.net/man/1/localedef
man localedef: http://www.tin.org/bin/man.cgi?section=1&topic=localedef
EZ locale install: http://lh.2xlibre.net/help/install_locale/

Now, the "date system" is determined directly in Orage. Alt-click the
date/clock panel > Clock Options > Custom format So there's no need to
change the locale definition files here.

You can, however, do this manually. If you wish to do so, navigate to
"/usr/share/i18n/locales" and modify "en_GB". You should set the part
that says "d_t_fmt" as
"<U0025><U0064><U0020><U0025><U0061><U0020><U0025><U0062><U0020><U0025><U0059><U0020><U0025><U0054><U0020><U0025><U005A>"
and "d_fmt" as "<U0025><U006D><U002F><U0025><U0064><U002F><U0025><U0079>".

en_GB locale: http://lh.2xlibre.net/locale/en_GB/glibc/
locales dir : /usr/share/i18n/locales/

Finally, you can check all your locale setting with the following
commands: "locale LC_TIME", "locale day", "locale first_weekday",
"locale first_workday", "locale d_t_fmt", and "locale d_fmt".
