It's very deceptive, Ross, to send me a private email saying that you 
were taking the conversation off list, and then posting the exact same 
email to the list, minus the part saying that it was off list.  Now you 
have my reply off list (though you shared it with Justin) and it appears 
on the list as if I couldn't make a valid reply.  tsk-tsk.

Please let this drop.  No more on or off the list.  You use HTML, top 
post and generally are unable to compose a logical reply, preferring to 
resort to ad hominem attacks.
