[xubuntu-users] How many xubuntu users?

I just installed Xubuntu and was looking for some answers but neither 
the Ubuntu Forum nor the Xubuntu mailing list looked to be very active.  
About how many users of Xubuntu are there?

How do I modify the installed menu?  Many apps are visible in the 
MainMenu app that do not show up in the Xfce menu.  It also appears to 
be a very austere installation of Xfce with absolutely no installed 
gnome apps.
