[xubuntu-users] Handbrake - best setting

Hello,I manage to locate the best video convertor Handbrake software and I had installed it. However I am a newbie to video converting and don't really know the best setting in Handbrake so that I can produce an acceptable video file for Parole Media Player to play it smoothly. Please let me know how to set (I need one setting will do).
