Hi Alex,

That depends, if Grub is installed on the same disk as Xubuntu, you should
just be able to remove the second drive and run 'sudo update-grub' to remove
the Windows entry. Grub will still be there, but you won't see the menu and
it will boot directly into Xubuntu.
