[xubuntu-users] 9.10 - where is Dillo ?

Hi,

Using 9.10. I do not see Dillo ( a light weight web browser) when I open Synaptic. Is it still available? Lynx or other text browsers will not do it, Dillo supported images but was really fast and light. Why was it omitted and how can I get a .deb for it? I do not want Epithany  - I just as well would use FireFox. Dillo occupied a niche...why was that choice taken away?
