It appears that mozilla-tiff-plugin-i386.deb does not exist. Are you in the
correct directory? Did you spell the filename correct?
Do note that you can also just browse to the directory where the file is
located, double-click it and follow the instructions to install.
This command does not "clean up after an install" though.
