Hey all,

Well, funky wunky, but I did an apt-get update and
apt-get upgrade and now all the packages are
available.

I also generates new a sources.list file as Bruno
recommended below, but that didn't get it going.

Why would the update and upgrade be required for
apt-get to work properly?

This install came from a CD I burned off the site
just a couple of days ago, so it was pop-n fresh.
