[xubuntu-users] Shortcut keys

[Skip Evans]

Aaaarrrgghhhh....

My machine at home, new install from the same CD 
as the new install I just did yesterday on this 
machine DOES NOT have the definitions for shortcut 
keys in the .theme directory, and no .theme 
directory exists.

Where would this file be?
