I only know these:
AltGr + ? + ? => ¿
AltGr + , + c => ç
AltGr + = + e => €
AltGr + - + e => ē

On my system it is loaded by /etc/xdg/xfce4/xinitrc.
you can put the line
xmodmap ~/.Xmodmap &
in your /.xsession or in your ~/.config/xfce4/xinitrc
(see man startxfce4)
