Xubuntu contributor telegram group and Testing Week

Hi Team,

Wanted to let everyone know that I created a telegram group[1] to
coordinate contributor/volunteer work, which presently is focused on ISO
testing as part of the Ubuntu Testing Week.

We'll have a more publicized testing week on April 1st when the beta comes
out and I'm coordinating with the other flavors for it to be a joint effort
similar to how it was for 20.04.
