information about the development process & folder colors

Hi Paul,

Xubuntu 18.4 LTS comes with steelblue folder colours
xubuntu 18.4 LTS
Xubuntu 20.4 LTS comes with a new colour for the folders:
xubuntu 20.4 LTS
My first contribution to the xubuntu developers is to leave that choice
to the user...

I know the workaround. You can change the graphic files in
usr/share/icons/ and that is what I already did. But I am looking to a
more user friendly solution. Is there a way to change the folder colours
so easy like changing colours in CSS?
