Xubuntu Live ISO installer

Hi Xubuntu Developers,

  I work on the Regolith project and have found that generating a live USB
ISO from Xubuntu for Regolith results in a much faster/lighter OS image
than vanilla Ubuntu.  I plan to release a new version of Regolith based
from the Xubuntu LTS image, with the Regolith desktop packages substituted
for the XFCE and Xubuntu packages.  I just wanted to let you know and thank
you for your work.
