I've cloned the manjaro-hello repo and made most of the initial renaming
changes and changing of urls to point to our websites.

What is needed now is the editing of the readme and involved files that
appear in the dialog. The release file can only be updated once the release
notes have been finalized. Look forward to your pull requests.
